Intensive surf coaching program Fuerteventura - January 2026
A premium small-group coaching plan with single-room villa stay, chef-prepared meals, and tailored progression in and out of the water.
Quick facts
Dates: 16 – 24 January 2026
Group size: Max. 6 surfers
Level: Experienced beginner to intermediate
Location: Fuerteventura, North
Languages: English, German
Why join this trip?
The intensive surf coaching camp is a premium coaching program for surfers who want quality over quantity.
With two surf sessions a day, personal video analysis, and a coaching style built around understanding the ocean, you’ll move past the stage where many surfers usually get stuck. The goal is catching more waves and building a deeper connection with the sea: reading, feeling, and predicting what’s coming.
On land, you’ll recover like an athlete: private villa, daily chef-prepared meals, recovery training, and a physio massage to keep you fresh for the next session.
For experienced beginners, it’s the perfect chance to learn with coaching that builds your confidence step by step. For intermediates, it’s about sharpening your skills in varied conditions and getting more waves than you thought possible.
Who's this for?
For surfers who often get overlooked in standard camps: too advanced for beginner classes, not yet comfortable in advanced line-ups.
You’ll love this trip if…
You value privacy and recovery as much as water time (single rooms, chef-prepared meals, physio support)
You are an experienced beginner catching whitewater and first green waves, ready for more
You are a lower intermediate surfer working on turns, positioning, or consistency
You want to surf with a small, supportive group
You want structured coaching, not just “follow the instructor and hope for the best”
This trip is not for you if…
You’ve never surfed before (check our Fuerteventura Surf Coaching instead)
You’re looking for a relaxed holiday with one surf a day
A party atmosphere is your main priority

What past participants have to say
I enjoyed every single day. It felt like a holiday with friends. Shared breakfasts and dinners were a highlight, the food was incredibly tasty. Angie’s hospitality plus the surfing are reason enough to come back. She takes the time to choose the right moment and the right spot so that every guest gets the most out of their sessions.
Angie is simply a great coach. I had so much fun with her in the water and was able to take my surfing to the next level. She pushes you just the right amount and has an incredible feel for what you need to progress personally. Her surf spot knowledge and expertise are explained clearly, giving you the tools to judge conditions yourself.
Conscious Surftravel
We love to travel around the globe chasing waves. Who doesn't? At the same time we are aware of the impacts surftravels causes. Adapting to the methods of sustainable tourism is the only way for us to operate. Therefore we strive for economical, socio-cultural and environmental sustainabilities in all our surftrip operations.
How does it work?
It means, that we deliberately work with local surfschools & partners and travel in off-seasons to leave economic benefit in the hosting community. It means, that we look for socio-cultural exchange and carefully integrate our surfteam by being open, showing respect and participating in local events. It means, that we leave any location in a better state than how we have found have it.
We know that tree-planting or offsetting alone doesn’t erase the impact of travel. So instead of just balancing emissions, we want to create real, local value. That’s why we invite you to take a closer look at our Environmental Policy and support our non-profit partner NOMB Changes. They work on ocean education, community projects and environmental action, right where we surf.
Accomodation & food
Our base is a private villa in the north of Fuerteventura. Each surfer has their own single room for privacy and recovery, so that you can give the ocean your energy every day. Shared spaces are open, bright, and calm, with easy access to the island’s best beach and reef breaks.
Meals are prepared daily by our chef: nutritious vegetarian/vegan breakfasts and dinners tailored to fuel surfers. Expect seasonal produce, clean energy, and balanced dishes, because recovery starts at the table. Lunch is up to you (not included), pick from light bites, local cafés, or quick snacks between surfs.

‘Many years ago I decided to live my life outside the box. My travels brought me to a lot of different corners of this planet, like the D-Place for example. I now live in Fuerteventura, where I run this small female-led surf school and the beautiful NGO NOMB Changes, spreading my love for the sport of surfing and the ocean on a daily basis.
Surf tripping and exploring new places is a big part of who I am. I love creating shared experiences that go beyond surfing—especially when they include a healthy dose of Schabernack, rainbows and unreal sunsets.
I am an ISA level II qualified surfcoach, trained lifeguard and have over a decade of coaching experience. I can coach in English, German and Spanish.
I believe that everyone can surf and enjoy the thrill of the waves, you just have to adopt the methods of teaching. I am looking forward to guiding you through this incredible trip in my beloved D-Place!
